Dear backers,

As many of you have already received your Nommi - it’s a listening time for us: we appreciate all the comments and feedback you've already sent and ones you’ll send in the future. We will also do our best to implement needed app changes asap. Meanwhile, we want to share some extra information you might find useful:

2. App Store Update

3. Delivery information

To track your parcel simply put your tracking number to the search bar on http://fulfillmen.trackingmore.com/   Your tracking numbers have been sent to you in a separate email titled “Your Nommi tracking number”.

For a few backers who still didn't receive your tracking number - we will send them to you next week.

Dear backers,

Thank you for your support throughout our campaign. We are happy to inform you that we have shipped most of the devices! Nommis are already delivered to Hong Kong and China and it is very exciting! The rest of our backers will receive their parcels within 7-15 days.

Tracking numbers

We will send your tracking numbers by Friday, March 22 in a separate email titled “YOUR NOMMI TRACKING NUMBER”. Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam.  To track your parcel simply put your tracking number to the search bar on http://fulfillmen.trackingmore.com/

Dear backers,

The day has come! Thank you all for supporting our project and making Nommi happen!

We are finishing up the assembly and are ready to ship your Nommis to you! Our technical director is currently in China, waiting for the end of production to personally conduct the final quality control tests. So far, everything looks great! We will send all of the devices to fulfillment by the end of next week, March 15th.

We will send your Nommi boxes in extra safe bubble wrap and plastic bags to make sure your device will safely reach its destination. And while we are busy making sure you get your Nommi soon, check out some behind-the-scenes pics and video at the bottom of this update!

Shipping dates

We expect Nommis to be shipped out to you by Tuesday, March 19th. After that, it will take about 7-15 days for you to receive your device.

Changing your address

We have secured all of the shipping addresses and sent them to the fulfillment company. However, if there has been last minute change of your shipping information, we kindly ask you to let us know by March 7th, 7 PM PST.

Some of you have already reached out to us via email. Thank you, we have updated your shipping information.

Tracking number

We will email your tracking number next week. Keep an eye on your inbox! :)

Customs clearance

Although for the majority of our backers VAT is waived, some of our backers might need to pay a customs fee because such are the regulations in your country. So, if you receive an additional email from us in 2 days, we kindly ask you to respond soon.

Happy Lunar New Year!

First of all, we have received the second version of the golden sample and testing it at the moment. We will finish testing it in the following week. So far everything works well. It means that we will start assembling the devices as soon our Chinese partners come back after the holiday.

Meanwhile, we are optimizing VPN, testing the servers, finalizing the app design and interface and fixing bugs. We have also uploaded the updated ARON™ Wi-Fi map to the backend.

We would also like to use this opportunity to tell you more about Nommi’s innovative ARON™ technology. It used to be called Dual Wi-Fi on our campaign page. In order to avoid confusion, we decided to rename this feature. In a nutshell, ARON™ is a technology that ensures Nommi’s seamless connectivity, with its growing database of over 4 million Wi-Fi networks in 160 countries. For you as a user, it means that you would not have to ask for a Wi-Fi password in a coffee shop, for example. Nommi will automatically connect you to the strongest signal available, without interrupting your session. Thus Nommi saves you money on traffic and eliminate the need to ask for Wi-Fi passwords.  

ARON™ orchestrates smart shifting between 4G and Wi-Fi thanks to a complex combination of customized hardware and software. ARON™ operates on the background, scanning for available Wi-Fi networks and authenticating the user. It does not interrupt your 4G session unless it has secured a stable Wi-Fi connection. ARON™ also activates built-in VPN over any sessions run on a public Wi-Fi.

Since the last update lacked visuals, here are some photos and videos from the warehouse. As you can see from the visuals below, all the components are sourced, delivered to the warehouse and ready for the assembly. But before we assemble the devices, we have to make sure everything is working perfectly.
